Your team Reporting directly to the Retail Facilities Manager, the Senior Facilities Executive for “Soft Services” will play a key role in supporting our retail colleagues across the UK and Ireland. With an estate of over 550 shops, this role will work within the wider Retail Facilities Team. We seek an experienced Senior Facilities Executive with a soft services background to provide executive support to the facilities manager, teams, retail colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth service delivery across our estate. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to prioritize effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. The role is hybrid, based anywhere in the UK or Ireland, with frequent shop visits required. What You’ll Do Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling escalations and executive support. Manage reactive and planned maintenance contracts, including cleaning, waste management, and consumables. Conduct premise audits for cleaning standards and quality assurance. Oversee service partner and contractor performance, ensuring delivery of MI reports, SLAs, and KPIs. Analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies. Assist in budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and cost-effective strategies. Provide high-level support to the Facilities Manager and leadership, including report preparation. Review quotations, negotiate best value, and instruct works. Support tender exercises and the onboarding of new contracts and service providers. How You’ll Do It Exceptional communication and influencing skills. Degree or diploma in maintenance or relevant industry qualification. Deep knowledge of facilities management and health & safety regulations. Experience managing service partners and contractors. Proficiency in tender documentation, including specifications, pricing, SLAs, and KPIs. Experience in budget management, forecasting, and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software. ISOH qualification preferred.
