We are looking for a visionary Senior Business Analyst to lead an agile team of Automation Business Analysts. In this leading position, you will manage a team of Business Analysts focusing on building a roadmap and delivering robust automations. Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient, and higher quality processes to our customers leveraging multiple technologies such as RPA, NLP, Gen AI, etc. We are looking for smart, hard-working and creative people who are eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations for our business.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for supporting project’s prioritization
  • Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
  • Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
  • Responsible for having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardized documents
  • Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
  • Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process
  • Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment
  • Responsible for following project governance (project phases)
  • Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions
  • Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas
  • Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes
  • Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels
  • Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams
  • Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
  • Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected.
  • Understands the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent know-how on operational tools, processes and stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills
  • People oriented, able to provide support, coaching and mentoring
