We're looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Gaming Team at Betfair, part of Flutter UK & Ireland. As a Performance Analyst, you will have an exciting opportunity to play a central role in influencing our Customer Engagement, Cross-Sell and Acquisition strategies through insights to drive performance, with exposure to stakeholders of all levels.

What you'll be working on:

  • Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and decisions can be made in a timely manner.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities/challenges to relevant stakeholders along with solutions and advice to maximise performance.
  • Generate reusable reports using different analytical tools allowing stakeholders to self-serve.
  • Produce in-depth pieces of analysis and strategic insights to provide a detailed explanation of underlying trends and recommendations.
