Reporting directly to the Senior Executive – Marketing Data Delivery, the Marketing Data Delivery Executive will work to deliver best in class marketing experience for our players. You will also work on the Customer Data Roadmap to implement best practices and efficiency initiatives for our marketing tech stack. You will work closely with the Planners, Creation & Innovation Experts and Campaign Managers, balancing competing priorities and delivering accurate comms to our players.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Own CRM data delivery process for BAU and automated processes running via multiple channels.
- Work on incoming commercial briefs to build, QC and deliver accurate campaign flows.
- Champion QC enhancements and ensure best practices are followed for all targeting and suppressions applied in our campaign flows.
- Manage build, QC and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns across our international markets, including automated and triggered programmes for various customer segments and life stages.
Who We’re Looking For:
You will be working towards becoming a marketing data subject matter expert and responsible for effective and timely end-to-end delivery of CRM programs across Email, SMS, Push and Social channels. You will understand, document, customise and optimise the campaign management process whilst monitoring performance and resolving any delivery issues. You will support in mapping of CRM requirements to system & technical requirements, ensuring that CRM can exploit its considerable data assets by proactively identifying gaps or broken processes & procedures with recommendations for fixes. You will own, plan, coordinate and manage new data requirements with the database teams and communicate status of them.
As The Ideal Candidate You Will Have:
- Understanding of data management and CRM best practice within multi-channel communications.
- Strong understanding of the campaign targeting toolkit, which includes data interrogation, data manipulation, campaign management and analysis tools.
- Ability to work with both technical & non-technical team members, helping teams to navigate complex data landscapes.
- Strong understanding of CRM segmentation and database marketing.
- Proficiency using SQL with any experience using campaign toolsets like Adobe Campaign or Bloomreach Engagement a bonus.
