This is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What is the role?
The Leadership Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will support the successful execution of Director-level hiring activity across both central Flutter Functions (FF) and the UK & Ireland (UKI) region. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Director-level roles, executing proactive sourcing, and supporting the operational aspects of leadership hiring. Working within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role will ensure timely and high-quality execution of leadership hiring plans, working closely with senior hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Director-level recruitment process for individual vacancies, from role briefing to onboarding; ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive experience for candidates and Exec-level hiring managers across FF & UKI.
- Support on all proactive sourcing, headhunting and market mapping across FF & UKI; identifying and engaging high-calibre senior talent and building pipelines for future business-critical roles and executive-level succession planning.
- Work collaboratively with all business leaders, People Heads / Directors, People CoEs and other stakeholders in ensuring the effective and timely delivery of all Leadership hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of vacancies as well as collating broader internal & external talent insights and market trends.
- Apply hiring best practices across all Director-level recruitment processes, striving for diverse shortlists and unbiased assessment methodologies.
- Deliver Director-level onboarding for new hires to the Group; working closely with the People Partnering teams to apply best practice to ensure the optimum candidate experience.
- Partner with external Executive Search firms on live assignments, supporting co-ordination and management from briefing to successful delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders; regularly sharing external market trends, talent insights and competitor intelligence to help inform talent actions and discussions.
- Ensure all hiring activity complies with internal governance processes and policies.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, for senior or leadership-level roles and, ideally, within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
- Experience of using different sourcing methodologies for leadership-level hiring; with a strong track-record of delivering.
- Sound knowledge of assessment methodologies; using effectively to ensure robust, inclusive and objective hiring decisions.
- Experience of effectively onboarding new hires at a senior level.
- Connected in the external market with experience in managing suppliers and other external partnerships.

- Possess strong execution focus and good level of organisational understanding and awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills; is responsive with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives across FF, UKI and the wider Group.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
