We’re looking for a Head of UKI People Analytics & Insight to join our Change & Transformation Team at Flutter UK & Ireland on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. Flutter UK & Ireland (UKI) is part of Flutter Entertainment, the world’s leading sports betting and gaming operator. The UKI region forms a key part of the Flutter International region and operates some of the most iconic and trusted brands in the market, such as Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Bet, Sky Gaming, tombola, and PokerStars.
The UKI region currently has c10,000 staff powering some of the most recognisable brands in gaming and in line with Flutter's federated model the UKI region acts as an autonomous business unit with the ability to shape our own people Insight and strategy, leveraging data from global tools such as our Workday HRIS and Peakon staff survey.
To continue unlocking the full potential of our talent and workforce data, we are creating the role of Head of People Analytics & Insight, a senior leader reporting into the Director UKI Change & Transformation, who will shape how insight and evidence drive our People strategy. This role will build and lead a high-performing analytics function that delivers meaningful insights, supports transformation, strengthens decision-making, and helps our business and people thrive.
You will define and deliver the vision for how data and insights shape our People strategy across UKI. You’ll lead a high-performing analytics function that delivers trusted, forward-looking insights to inform executive decisions, drive transformation, and build a culture of evidence-based leadership. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders, you will turn people data into a true competitive advantage for the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Insights across UK&I, aligned with business and People priorities.
- Define and evolve the people data strategy to ensure a modern, scalable, and impactful approach to analytics.
- Champion the use of data to shape business and people decisions, drive transformation, and influence culture.
- Oversee the design and delivery of advanced People analytics, org. health dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior leadership decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, bringing forward workforce trends and recommendations.
- Ensure the integrity, validity, reliability, accuracy, and compliance of all people data and reporting.
- Lead automation and process improvements to streamline analytics and reporting.
- Drive data literacy and capability uplift across the People Function, enabling confident data understanding and use.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Insights team to build a high-performing, future-ready function.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning & development.
- Scale the existing people analytics team to oversee the integration of all UKI brands.
How you’ll do it:
- Proven experience leading people analytics or workforce insights at a senior level in a complex, data-rich organisation.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to set vision and translate it into actionable plans that deliver business impact.
- Expertise in people analytics, workforce planning, reporting automation, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Deep understanding of data structures, systems, and governance, with a focus on data quality.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using data-driven insights and storytelling.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of building high-performing, future-ready analytics teams.
- Experience driving data literacy and analytics capability across HR and business functions.
- Passion for innovation in people analytics, including predictive modelling, AI, and advanced analytics techniques.
