The Senior Marketing Manager will own and lead Sky Bet’s Racing & SAS (Sports and Specials) Marketing strategy, with Fan First at its core. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Strategy, your role is accountable for defining how Sky Bet shows up for modern football fans across the UK & Ireland, putting fans needs, emotions and behaviours at the heart of everything we do. All the way through the sporting calendar, you’ll set the strategic direction for Racing and SAS, delivering distinctive campaigns that ensure Sky Bet consistently delivers epic standout experiences for fans.
You’ll be a guardian for the brand's high bar in advertising standards, connecting Sky Bet to the modern football fan across sponsorships, partnerships, content, traditional and non-traditional advertising. Along with a diversity and Responsible Gaming advocate. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across the business. You’ll shape the narrative for Sky Bet in these sports, drive brand growth and commercial performance, and ensure our marketing earns attention by genuinely improving the fan experience all while meeting the highest standards of responsibility and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for the end-to-end Racing and SAS Marketing strategy for Sky Bet, rooted in the Fan First proposition and aligned to brand, proposition and commercial goals, using insight and data to influence decisions and shape propositions.
- Establish strong relationships with external agencies (media and creative), working closely with them to plan and implement forward thinking, innovative marketing campaigns that are aligned to business objectives.
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns that prioritise fan needs, simplify complexity and enhance the enjoyment of the event through the 'gateway' lens of the wider sporting world: from Superbowl and Darts world champs to Cheltenham to NBA finals.
- Act as the senior marketing lead across the business, partnering closely with commercial, trading, product, media, creative, PR, Acquisition, Play and ops teams - co-ordinating a 360 campaign.
- Own Racing and SAS marketing budgets, forecasting and performance reporting, using findings to continuously optimise impact.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity and creative ambition.

- Proven experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns at scale.
