We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong UX background to shape the future of our UKI Customer products. You’ll lead and mentor a growing team of Designers while staying hands‑on with product design, defining how our customers interact with, and enjoy our Customer experiences across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience and product strategy – equally passionate about mentorship and collaboration as they are about crafting intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design vision, driving UX excellence, and exploring how AI and emerging technologies can enhance both our customer experience and design workflows. A portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design (UX research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual execution) alongside team leadership is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, fostering growth through feedback, guidance, and inspiration.
  • Define and drive the UX vision and design strategy across brands and platforms, ensuring player‑centric design solutions.
  • Stay hands‑on with design execution – from user flows and wireframes to polished UI and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, Commercial, Brand) to balance business goals with user needs.
  • Champion user research and testing, translating insights into design decisions that improve engagement and usability.
  • Work closely with design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging tech to improve both design quality and team efficiency.
  • Advocate for design thinking within the business, elevating design as a strategic partner in product development.

How You’ll Do It

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer, with a strong UX foundation.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing other Designers.
  • Expertise in UX methods: research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and testing.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools; strong research and prototyping skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership that inspires and empowers.
