Your team
The Discovery Tribe is part of the overall Sports Supertribe and is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging and intelligent sportsbook experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Director of Product - Discovery and Bet lifecycle, you will work closely with peers in product, commercial, brand and tech to help define and deliver the product strategy, while also ensuring the team of Product Managers and Product Owners deliver superior, delightful, and engaging user experiences across all our product verticals.

- Be at the forefront of forging collaborative relationships with distributed product and tech teams that work across multiple brands.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in everything we do.
- Ability to balance a need for innovation and the focus needed to deliver short term commercial results.
- Over communicate on all decisions which may impact the team.
- Recruit only top talent into the team.
- Infuse hypothesis-driven and experimental ways of working to all strategic and tactical activities.
- Build feedback loops into every level of product development to improve the flow of value.
- Coaching and mentoring the team – guiding, supporting and line managing. Offer regular feedback; positively challenging thinking and approach.
- Lead, empower and develop a product team who understand the use of data in pursuit of forming insights and beliefs, which in turn translate into clear hypotheses to achieve the best customer and business impact.

How you’ll do it
- A strong demonstrable product sense.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively to peers and senior executives.
- Experience delivering multi-platform web and mobile applications.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing a growth-oriented product team.
- Have a strategic mindset, using insights and data to define direction that will set the pace for our industry and change the game for customers.
- Evidence of leading teams that have delivered a positive ROI and/or innovative products using design thinking with a track record of consistently improving product KPIs through iterative delivery.
