The Role

As an Associate Exec in the Trading Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for our 3 UKI brands, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture with the opportunity to work across product verticals and gain exposure to all Flutter’s key products.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer First Always - a key focus of our trading team is to offer the markets our customers want, ensuring we remain their first choice.
  • Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
  • The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
  • Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
  • Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity and Premium, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • Form part of a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
  • For those in full-time education, flexible support is available to help balance studies with work commitments.
  • This is a shift-based, part-time position with evening and weekend shifts. We're seeking a reliable candidate who is flexible and available to work across our shift pattern.
  • This role offers excellent progression potential, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time later in the year. Additional hours and overtime opportunities are also available for those looking to expand their commitment.
  • Regular office attendance is required, and successful candidates should be prepared to work on-site consistently.
