As a Digital Media Executive within Betfair International, you will play a key role in the planning, activation and optimisation of Paid Social and Display activity across our international markets.
Sitting within the Betfair Digital Media team, you will help deliver high-impact, full-funnel media campaigns that drive both brand and performance outcomes for one of the most recognisable betting brands globally.
This is a hands‑on execution role, ideal for someone looking to develop deep expertise across online video, display, programmatic and paid social, while learning how upper and lower funnel media work together at scale.
You'll stay curious about emerging technologies and explore how they can create value in your day‑to‑day work.
What you’ll do
Build, activate, optimise and report on campaigns across Paid Social and Display, including You Tube, Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon, Spotify, DSPs and programmatic platforms.
Support the delivery of full‑funnel media plans aligned to broader brand and commercial objectives for Betfair International.
Contribute to channel plans that ladder up into wider marketing and performance strategies.
Support creative briefing, testing and optimisation in collaboration with in‑house designers and agencies.
Work closely with other Digital Media Executives and Managers to share learnings and deliver team‑wide innovation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with media partners, platforms and agencies to ensure smooth delivery and access to new opportunities.
Support campaign measurement, reporting and insight generation to inform future optimisation.
Stay close to industry innovation and emerging formats across Paid Social, Display, CTV and Digital Video.
Explore emerging tools and technologies—including AI—to identify ways to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- How you’ll do it
- Experience within a Paid Social, Display or Programmatic role, with exposure to campaign activation and optimisation.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Snap, Tik Tok, You Tube, DSPs and adservers.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with performance data and reporting tools.
- A naturally collaborative mindset with a desire to be part of a high-performing, specialist media team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with agency and internal partners.
