Lead Product Manager
We’re recruiting for a Lead Product Manager to join the Trading Domain in the Global Sportsbook & Trading Team, focused on setting the standard for all our products.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive the Product Strategy for the domain, support in the product delivery lifecycle where complexity demands it and contribute your knowledge and experience to the product community.
This role will have specific responsibility for overseeing the optimisation of existing services in Trading and driving step‑change improvements for customers both internally and externally.
You will be expected to collaborate effectively with Product Owners in each of the squads in the Domain.
You will contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes and mechanisms to maximise value for your users.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Trading, Delivery, and Technology peers within the Trading Domain, ensuring all perspectives are captured, and the Domain communicates as one voice to the squads, Global Trading leadership and other team members.
Ensure transparency and invite feedback.
- Own and shape the long‑term product strategy for the domain under the direction of the Head of Product, ensuring alignment with the Global Sportsbook & Trading vision and Flutter’s broader objectives.
Drive an OKR‑led approach across teams, leading programmes toward key objectives while inspiring and influencing cross‑functional teams and senior collaborators to align with strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities using customer insights, market trends, operational data, and strategic analysis to drive innovation and business growth.
Develop a peer network across Flutter's divisions and capitalise on divisional success through the Flutter Edge.
- Oversee product performance across the portfolio, using data‑driven analysis to identify optimisation opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and influence prioritisation decisions.
- Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery, coordinating multiple teams, handling dependencies, and balancing strategic priorities to maximise impact.
- Act as a leader within the product community by mentoring Product Managers, championing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across product ways of working.

- Facilitation: Strong facilitation skills with a focus on promoting collaborative communities of practice, resolving conflict, and tracking problems to drive continuous improvement, while fostering alignment across teams.
- Product Experience: Experience working with in‑house development teams and understanding of technical platform architecture.
- Pro‑active: Proven ability to identify key risks and issues and communicate them to collaborators. Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- AI: You have used Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agents in the last six months to do real work, querying a dataset, prototyping products, or shipping an app to production.
