We are looking for a tech‑savvy marketer to join our MarTech team in Marketing Services at Flutter UK & Ireland. Your role will put automation at the heart of our workflow processes and drive forward our AI/automation capabilities across key digital marketing channels to improve efficiency, targeting, optimisation and campaign delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimise creative automation platforms ensuring compatibility with our strategic marketing partnerships (DCO, templating, dynamic content tools).
- Partner with design and media teams to build scalable templates and dynamic creative variations enhancing the marketing workflow process of the future.
- Implement workflows for creative scale that enable rapid creative versioning, localisation and testing, enhancing creative effectiveness.
- Ensure creative assets are structured, tagged and delivered efficiently across channels; operationalise key digital asset management solutions delivered by our product & technology colleagues.
- Be curious, seeking new ways to deliver creative innovation and automation and keeping Flutter at the forefront of marketing excellence.
- Analyse creative performance and recommend automation‑led improvements for speed, relevance and impact in a customer‑ and commercially‑driven context.
How you’ll do it:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications or Applied Computer Science (preferred).
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms with familiarity of basic marketing metrics; hands‑on experience using AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or similar in a marketing context.
- Exposure to creative tooling and automation solutions (Digital Asset Management, Content Management platforms such as StoryTeq, Video Automation, CMS).
- Experience building or supporting content creation and customer journey at scale.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and operating systems.
- Compliance with responsible AI, governance frameworks and AI ethics.
- Experience working in multi‑location and cross‑functional teams in a multi‑brand and multi‑vertical business.
- Good understanding of Gen AI, large language models and how AI products work; actively leverage Flutter’s AI tools to maximise productivity.
