We have two exciting opportunities for Business Intelligence Analysts/Data Analysts to join our established Performance and Business Intelligence function. As a BI Analyst, you will work alongside our Commercial, Marketing and Acquisition teams within Gaming to understand and explain commercial performance, find opportunities and drive efficiencies across our brands. The ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity to understand customer’s gaming behaviours, a strong eye for detail and have the technical and logical skills to derive actionable insight from large datasets.

What you will do:

  • Identifying key trends and helping form actionable insight on issues, opportunities and performance drivers using large datasets containing a wide range of commercial and customer level data.
  • Working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, you will draw on your highly numerate background and analytical experience to provide in-depth analysis using SQL, Excel and Data Visualisation tools.
  • Provide analytical support to our Acquisition team, including various ad-hoc performance analysis and dashboard building.
  • Contribute to projects focusing on the revenue impacts of changes to products and processes in a fast-paced industry.

What we are looking for:

  • Working with key customers across the business to help identify and explain key performance trends through data analysis.
  • Develop an understanding of our reporting suite, collaborating with team members to identify and remove gaps in our understanding through changes/additions to our reporting.
  • Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with key team members in the areas that you are working on.
  • Be able to prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, identifying the key information required to aid business decision making.
  • Present findings to team members with the appropriate level of detail, using effective communication to advise and influence decisions.

Key skills: SQL, Excel, Data Analysis and Presentation. Desirable skills: Looker, R, statistical modelling.
