  • Act as the executive owner for AI and data science value realisation across UK&I.
  • Advise the COO and UK&I leadership on AI‐related opportunities, trade‐offs, and investment decisions.
  • Ensure close alignment with Technology, Data Engineering, and MLOps teams so that enablement products are scalable, reliable, and production ready.

  • Collaborative operating model: Build strong partnerships across brands, technology, data, and group functions.
  • Responsible innovation: Enable speed and experimentation without compromising safety, ethics, or regulatory compliance.
  • Change leadership: Shift mindsets, behaviours, and ways of working to embed AI‐driven decision‐making at scale.
  • Inclusive leadership: Build diverse, engaged leadership teams across disciplines and locations.
