We are looking for a Senior Change Lead to join our Flutter Studios team in Dublin. As a Senior Change Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering compelling change management strategies that support strategic initiatives requiring strong strategic transformation, leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills. You will have a strong understanding of Flutter Studios teams and the wider Flutter organisation to ensure that change strategies and plans support colleagues in adopting change, whilst remaining informed, engaged and inspired throughout periods of transformation. You will act as a focal point between the business and the Flutter Studios’ Leadership Team on change initiatives within your remit, serving as a pivotal player in enabling the delivery against Flutter Studios’ strategy and mission to create and distribute best‑in‑class casino content and player experiences. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission‑aligned.

What You’ll Do

This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high levels of ambiguity and change, with a passion for change, innovation and putting people at the centre of change. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining the vision and strategy for change activities, ensuring delivery against business needs.
  • Partners with leadership teams to identify and manage how change is delivered.
  • Coaches and advises leadership on their role in delivering successful change.
  • Create and maintain an air traffic control view of change across Flutter Studios, supporting the work to strategically align different initiatives (including intersecting change initiatives in other parts of the business) to understand dependencies and coordinate implementation for effective delivery.
  • Creates and maintains change best practice to align to the latest industry and business standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Interacts with other Change Leads across the business to share knowledge and experiences.
  • Builds and maintains trusted and valued relationships with senior stakeholders to advise on the change strategy, address concerns and build confidence.
  • Manages other change resources to ensure effective, high‑performance delivery.
  • Coaches and mentors change representatives, including leadership teams across Flutter Studios, building change management awareness, understanding and capabilities across the wider organisation.
  • Proactively identifies change risks, and addresses them with effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversees how change is measured, both in terms of adoption and change delivery.
  • Is a visible and impactful lead within programme leadership teams to ensure that change is a lead capability to successfully deliver the change.
  • Fosters an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change and partners with Programme Managers, Delivery Partners & People functions to successfully deliver and embed change.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead change strategies, plans and activities in large‑scale transformation programmes across multiple locations, in global organisations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using and applying change management methods and is an advocate for change best practice.
  • PROSCI (or similar) qualification would be desirable.
  • Excellent engagement, influencing, communication, presentation and EQ skills.
  • Able to quickly establish personal credibility and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high levels of ambiguity and change.
  • Comfortable with changing priorities, and managing multiple concurrent demands.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with a ‘can‑do’ approach.
  • Excellent report and presentation producing skills, experience with McKinsey Presentation Techniques is a plus (but not essential).
