About Flutter Studios:
Flutter Studios comprises three of Flutter’s in-house studios together with Product, Technology and Operations teams with the collective objective to create industry leading casino game content exclusively for Flutter casino brands worldwide.
Role Overview:
The Lead Product Manager is a key role within Flutter Studios as we seek to re-invent the way we develop in-house content from our studios and distribute that content to our Brand partners across all jurisdictions that Flutter Casinos operate in including FanDuel, Paddy Power, Sky Vegas, Sisal, Betfair, Adjarabet and PokerStars brands.
Flutter Studios has the aspiration to significantly scale Casino revenue through the platform and we have the opportunity to define our ways of working, move fast, build great product and collaborate with our stakeholders throughout.
This role will be key in delivering the regulatory specific requirements for a Gaming Platform entering new markets including Italy, U.S. and Canada, The U.K., European markets, Brazil, The Balkans, among any others that Flutter enters in the future. This role will manage the delivery of regulatory change within each existing market for Flutter Studios, collaborating with Platform, Studio and Compliance colleagues. This person will also lead on Product Management for the existing platform GGN for the next 12 months, collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues to optimise customer experience and deliver business impact.
The role will manage regulatory requirements across the existing platform as well as the new platform, ensuring we have the functional capabilities to deliver on the vision and the non-functional performance to be a key supplier to our brands and achieve the group ambition for in-house and 3rd party content, underpinned by regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Product Director and leading the GGN Distribution Value Stream, you will provide crucial support in product development and delivery process by taking up the following responsibilities:
- Own product ideation: Drive ideation, validation and design phases for regulatory requirements and wider product initiatives, using your experience and creativity to lead on solutions.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Own the delivery of regulatory requirements in line with our priority jurisdictions and integrations and upcoming regulatory change in collaboration with Technology, Compliance, Studios and Brands.
- Develop a deep customer understanding: Obsess over collecting customer insight and data to drive your product roadmap, sharing this view with Technology and value stream leads to drive product innovation.
- Lead teams: Drive delivery by motivating and leading colleagues, using your strong initiative to allocate work, hold teams to account and reporting progress to the business.
- Data collection and analysis: Drive the activities to collect, analyse and report on various data points across the platform to support data-driven decisioning for game development, platform enhancements and distribution to our partners, tracking and reporting on key product metrics.
- Support roadmap delivery: Monitor and report project execution status through the product development lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Navigate the complexity of our product and develop solutions to problems with Architecture, Engineering, Compliance and Programme Management colleagues.
Skills & Capabilities Required:
- Passion to solve problems with customer-centric mindset.
- Good communicator who is adept at using different comms channels to make the complex simple.
- Ability to influence and engage with Senior colleagues across divisions and functional experts on a global scale.
- Experienced in working in a large, global organisation.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly analyse, distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver on tight deadlines
- Extensive experience in an equivalent area
- Experience in a regulated gambling role with knowledge of at least one key market.
- Knowledge and understanding of online casino domain.
- Understanding and experience of Product management best practice.
Measure of Success:
- Ensure Flutter Studios delivers regulatory change for the global jurisdictions we operate in to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Deliver new market entries for Flutter Studios in partnership with Flutter Brands within desired timeframes.
- Protect and grow the £170m Flutter Studios revenues through GGN through iterative product development and collaboration with delivery and studios.
