Dublin/London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in Dublin)
Role Overview
This role involves designing and implementing key elements of the Flutter Group’s transfer pricing policies. You will work closely with Business, Finance, Treasury, and Tax teams across jurisdictions to ensure compliance and optimize transfer pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies, including modelling recharges and reviewing intercompany agreements.
- Contribute to finance transformation projects, ensuring transfer pricing requirements are integrated.
- Manage global transfer pricing documentation, including master files and country-by-country reports.
- Provide transfer pricing input into Treasury processes, including financing arrangements and profit repatriation.
- Identify and resolve transfer pricing risks proactively.
- Develop understanding of Flutter’s transfer pricing policies within the wider Tax team and the business.
- Oversee operational transfer pricing workstreams and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
- Advise on transfer pricing implications of new products, territories, and services.
- Communicate advice clearly to partners and ensure accurate implementation.
- Promote awareness of transfer pricing issues across the group and build relationships with key jurisdictions.
- Lead integration of transfer pricing arrangements for new acquisitions.
