Responsibilities

Experience Required
- Background in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing or Recruitment Marketing.
- Experience in developing and executing effective strategies and campaigns aligned with specific talent segments.
- Experience in managing and optimising candidate attraction channels such as LinkedIn; with awareness of cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques.
- Experience in managing paid media campaigns, including social media ads, job board promotions and digital advertising.
- Excellent understanding of the digital media landscape for recruitment marketing.
- Experience in evaluating the value of talent attraction initiatives, demonstrating impact and providing insights on return on investment (ROI).
- Proven track-record in the delivery of employer brand and attraction performance metrics.
