Location & Contract
- Location – London / Leeds / Dublin
- Hybrid – 2 days per week
- 24M – FTC (Full‑time contract)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Change Manager to play a significant role in our multi‑year global finance transformation, enabled by Oracle Cloud. Lead and run the human aspect of change within the Business Change team, ensuring effective implementation of new processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop organisational change plans encompassing customer engagement, communication, training and adoption interventions.
- Work with senior collaborators to understand changes in operational procedures and work methodologies.
- Assess impacts of change and build detailed mitigation plans.
- Develop and deliver workshops to communicate impacts and change journeys to responsible business areas.
- Work with Senior Change Managers to conduct detailed impact assessments to identify potential changes to roles, processes, and systems resulting from the Global development.
- Collaborate with the Communications teams to plan, write and cascade communications to keep stakeholders advised.
- Support senior stakeholders and workstream leads in understanding and handling the change.
- Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and encouraging a positive change environment.
- Collaborate closely with the technical implementation team to ensure alignment between system changes and business requirements.
- Develop personas and the change journeys.
- Track adoption and lead any post‑implementation change interventions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience in large‑scale change initiatives within sophisticated, global organisations, preferably within a finance or technology context.
- Ability to analyse and present large data sets to stakeholders in an accessible way.
- Experience leading difficult stakeholders in a multifaceted and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
- Experience with ERP is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a matrix organisation and impacting partners across all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong project management skills, effectively driving packages of work forward to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ensures accuracy and high‑quality work through meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives in multifaceted environments, managing shifting priorities to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and facilitate workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
