Flutter is seeking a Reward Partner to join the UKI Reward function. You will drive end-to-end reward processes, including annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data accuracy, pay positioning and market competitiveness across UKI and Flutter Functions.
You will build advanced reward models, provide benchmarking analyses and data-driven insights to support compensation decisions, and collaborate with the Global Compensation team on job catalogue management and levelling.
