As our Travel Assistant, you'll be working directly alongside our Global Lead of Travel and Travel Manager. You'll master the art of redefining sophisticated data into compelling PowerPoint presentations that drive business decisions. Your analytical approach will be needed as you will slice through travel data, uncover hidden insights, and present findings that shape our travel strategy.
This junior role offers incredible variety – one day you’ll be in supplier meetings in one of our vibrant offices, the next you might be visiting supplier locations. You'll think creatively to solve travel challenges, support our travellers with their queries, and handle the logistics that keep our global workforce moving seamlessly.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Support Global Lead of Travel and the rest of the Travel team with administrative tasks and the running of global travel operations.
- Analyse travel spend data, booking patterns and supplier performance metrics to identify trends and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assist with creating comprehensive decks for leadership meetings and supplier reviews.
- Point of contact for travel queries from our travellers, support to our Executive Assistants and providing guidance on travel bookings and policy.
- Assist with monthly payment of supplier invoices and corporate card reconciliation.
- Assist the Travel Team with the development, implementation and management of all travel vendor relationships and programs (agency, air, hotel, taxi, etc) ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
- Liaise with the company’s Travel Management Company and other third‑party travel providers on behalf of our travellers regarding complaints, technical issues, etc.
- Assist with monitoring, reviewing and implementation of Global Travel Policies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical for this role – candidate must be able to manipulate large volumes of data (e.g. transform the data into pivot tables, create decks for leadership, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills – candidate should have the ability to identify key points from the data and present it both visually and numerically to key collaborators.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised professional who can prioritise tasks to ensure the team’s objectives are met in a timely manner.
- Effective teammate with excellent communication skills.
- Able to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business in a professional manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision but engage effectively with a wider team.
- Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive to completion effectively.
- Prior travel experience is welcome but not necessary; this is a junior role where you will be fully trained.
