Building the next generation of global leaders. This is an exclusive, global career accelerator built to create Flutter’s next generation of succession-ready senior leaders. It deepens international collaborations, cross-market experience and future-focused leadership capability. If you are ambitious for the top job, thrive on global mobility and are driven to get things done, this program is for you. Starting in September 2026, this is a 3-year global rotation program, offering 10 places for ambitious individuals to develop their skills in real roles and join Flutter’s pool of dedicated future leaders.

About The Program

From day one, you’ll get to experience Flutter’s global footprint while feeling the consistent DNA that connects how we think, work and win together – playing your part in leveraging our significant global scale to change our industry for the better. It’s all about Changing the Game – to deliver long-term growth while building a positive, sustainable future for all our stakeholders. This program is a big deal in Flutter. It’s built on collaboration, shared expertise and a fresh approach to mobility. You’ll get access to senior executives, sponsorship from leaders who invest in your growth, and mentorship that stretches across markets and functions. You’ll be encouraged to learn fast and contribute boldly with ideas that will shape the future of Flutter and the industry. From day one, you won’t just be learning the ropes – you’ll be trusted with real responsibility and the chance to make a tangible impact where it matters most.

What You’ll Do

Successful applicants will rotate through three different senior roles in three different countries across three years. These could include Chief of Staff, Head of Product, and Head of Commercial roles. All will be within our sportsbook or iGaming units in areas ranging from risk and regulatory to data science, finance and strategy. Participants are given real authority to make decisions and drive impact. These positions are demanding but you’ll be fully supported and mentored at every step, including by an executive-level sponsor and a rotation specialist.

Who can apply?

We accept applications from candidates holding an MBA or possessing an equivalent postgraduate or executive qualification along with a minimum of three years’ work experience. We’re looking for people who are collaborative, inclusive, and motivated to grow as global leaders. These individuals consistently show what we value and are excited to work across multiple international locations.

Important Information

This is a 3-year fixed term program made up of three 12-month international rotations commencing in September 2026. To take part, you must be globally mobile for the full duration of the program and able to work from multiple Flutter office locations. Flutter will provide an assignment package for each relocation to support a smooth move. Please note that specific benefits may vary depending on the location.
