Your Team
The Global Finance Transformation Programme is a broad programme that is being rolled out to recognise and address necessary elevations as Flutter transitions into a US-SEC ecosystem as well as enabling future growth and scalability. The Project Coordinator works in the central PMO function and is responsible for supporting a team of Project and Programme Managers to complete and administer the Polaris PMO Governance Framework. This role acts as a central point for coordinating and aligning Polaris meeting governance; scheduling meetings, detailing minutes and actions and maintaining templates.
What you'll do
- Co-ordinate the activities, scheduling of workshops and meetings across multiple internal partners
- Prepare and present regular project status reports
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to partners on project status
- Input to and align with Polaris Program Governance
- Provide operational support as necessary to the wider PMO team
- Own access management across key apps for program team
- Work with Senior Finance Partner on the preparation and receipting of invoices

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with Visio being desirable
