Join to apply for the HR Change Analyst role at Flutter Entertainment. We are looking for 2 HR Change Analysts to join us for 12 months to gain valuable experience. As the HR Change Analyst, you will support complex and sensitive multi‑country HR initiatives, including restructures, TUPE processes and other critical organisational changes. This role acts as a trusted partner to senior management and HR colleagues, ensuring the smooth execution of HR core processes and adherence to employment laws and company policies.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement HR processes related to organisational restructures, reorganisations and TUPE transitions.
- Provide expert advice and hands‑on support to senior management and HR teams on sensitive projects.
- Collaborate with partners to support compliance with employment laws and organisational policies during programmes and projects.
- Support specific extra projects cascaded down from HR Operations Management, including but not limited to process improvement, document standardisation, and others.
- Oversee and manage HR records and ensure timely updates to HR systems.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures and HR‑related inquiries.
- Build knowledge of location and/or division‑specific practices, applying this to improve future delivery of services.
- Support colleagues with validation of any data amendments, calculations and document checks, to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between HR colleagues and internal/external partners during project execution.
- Guarantee adherence with labour laws and company policies during restructures and other HR projects.
- Prepare and analyse reports on HR metrics and project outcomes.
- Find opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance HR operational processes and systems.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of training for new hires and existing team members wherever required.
- Provide administrative support during recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
How You’ll Do It:
- Experience in a fast‑paced, vibrant environment is desirable.
- Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes; experience supporting senior partners preferred.
- Experience in supporting HR‑related programmes and projects.
- Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem‑solving approach with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred).
- Analytical attitude with the ability to identify and solve problems as the need arises.
- Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross‑functionally with other departments such as Rewards, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
