Overview
Purpose of the role: seeking an exceptional and highly skilled freelance hospitality manager to oversee the delivery and execution of events in multiple sites across London. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a management role within the hospitality environment. As a freelance hospitality manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our client’s events, including client liaison and team management, delivering the highest standards of customer service during events, and meeting clients prior to events in collaboration with the sales/planning and operations teams for a seamless handover.
Venues we cover are across London and beyond, including Oval Cricket Ground, Ascot Race Course, Twickenham Stadium, Alexandra Palace, Harlequins F.C., Wembley Stadium, and many conference venues in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures at all events
- Deliver an effective and informative team brief during events and maintain this standard
- Ensure food and beverage requirements are delivered as per client requests or work-orders
- Collaborate with the planning team pre-event for a seamless client handover
- Work with operations teams and setup staff to ensure venues are prepared to the highest standards
- Enforce health and safety requirements during events
- Motivate and encourage colleagues to provide exceptional service aligned with the company’s vision
Key Deliverables
- Deliver all allocated events to venue high standards
- Be fully prepared on-site to ensure events run to the highest standards
- Maintain venue integrity and complete all paperwork on time and to a high quality
- Be an excellent Brand Ambassador for Flutes
Hours and Requirements
- Hours to be agreed per event; hours include evenings and weekends
- Willingness to work additional hours when required
- Role requires service of alcohol; applicants must be aged 18 or over to APPLY

- Experienced and trained in Catering and Events Industry

- Confident and articulate to MC when required
