This role reports direct into our Chief Lending Officer. Fluro runs prime/near-prime lending well. That's BAU — not this role. This role exists for the handful of initiatives that change what Fluro can do: new distribution, new segments, new products, new capabilities. Tycho — our move into individually-priced, market-based unsecured lending — is the template: one person, full ownership, concept to landed impact. You own these initiatives and drive the strategy from concept to go to market detail - pricing, credit strategy, distribution - you make the trade-off calls when they come up. A cross-functional team builds it with you. Ownership runs through to BAU handover, not just launch. Spot and own initiatives that create real value for customers and for Fluro — not incremental tweaks to what already exists.

- Run your own numbers — you don't wait for someone else to build the model.
- Work cross-functionally — Credit Risk, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations — to get it built and live, fast.
- Make the trade-off calls yourself. Escalate risks you need to.
- Stay on it until impact is proven and it's handed off clean — not shipped and forgotten. One initiative at a time.
