From our brand to our environmental footprint, we care about the details and do things with purpose.

We foster a highly collaborative culture that values both collective progress and individual autonomy. Whether you're an experimenter, a strategist, a maker—or all three—you’ll find the freedom to work in a way that suits you best, while making real impact. Innovation is central to how we operate, and we’re not afraid to try new things (and sometimes fail) in pursuit of better solutions.

Fluro is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We're committed to building for good—for all people. Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the heart of the company’s growth. You will be the primary owner and builder of our debt financing ecosystem, reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Capital Markets Officer, responsible for creating new funding facilities, managing existing ones, and helping prepare the business for future public securitisations.

You will work directly with our Executive Team and external investors, shaping how we fund our loan book today—and designing the frameworks that will support a much larger business tomorrow. If you want a role where you can genuinely build and influence the trajectory of a scaling fintech, this is it.
