Description
At Fluro, we’re on a mission to create a lasting, positive change in the credit industry.
As a fast-growing fintech team, we’re building pioneering, fair and accessible
digital finance products designed for the UK market-driven by a belief that finance
can be a force for good. From our brand to our environmental footprint, we care
about the details and do things with purpose.
We foster a highly collaborative culture that values both collective progress and
individual autonomy. Whether you’re an experimenter, a strategic, a maker, or all
three- you’ll find the freedom to work in a way that suits you best, while making real
impact. Innovation is central to how we operate, and we’re not afraid to try new
things (and sometimes fail) in pursuit of better solutions.
Fluro is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to building
for good-for all people. That means listening more than speaking, and creating
space for diverse experiences, backgrounds, and voices to shape our future. If
you’re passionate about making finance fairer, smarter, and more human, we’d
love to hear from you.
Role
As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will join our Analytics team, supporting the
development, testing and monitoring of strategies that balance risk and commercial
outcomes across the lending lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of credit risk,
fraud and pricing, and requires a strong grasp of the economics behind lending
decisions and the risk controls around them. Your focus will typically start in one
area, credit risk, fraud, or pricing, and you'll build outward from there.
