The selected applicant will join an established team of service technicians and will assume responsibility for control of all documentation updates required in the execution of the team’s work activities.This is a permanent position working a Monday through Friday dayshift.Basic Job RequirementsTrack infrastructure configuration of building power panelsModify databases to reflect changes in the infrastructure systemAudit and verify assets by comparing physical items to documentation and correcting any noted discrepanciesInput electrical readings and preventative maintenance information into databasesProvide administrative guidance and support to ensure efficient office operations for a team of electricians and other tradesGenerate documents and reports, maintaining physical and digital filing systemsManage help-desk ticketing on behalf of techniciansManage material requisition process on behalf of techniciansMonitor availability of bench stock items, ensuring optimum levels of consumable itemsManage the equipment calibration program on behalf of techniciansManage access request process on behalf of techniciansAssist in non-technical tasks such as cable laying, moving equipment and racksAct as safety person providing emergency cover to electricians during maintenance and installation workProvide first aid cover in higher risk areasAdhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability PoliciesOther Job RequirementsAttend to work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerMaintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standardsRecommend modifications to existing procedures, systems and methods of operationWork effectively as part of a multifunctional facilities teamAssist technicians with general administrative mattersOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsProficient in the use of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Suite)Strong command of verbal and written communicationProven ability promoting outstanding customer service and client relationsExcellent attention to detailPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with equipment configuration managementExperience with managing maintenance work ticketingExperience with electrical and other infrastructure maintenance managementFast and accurate typing skillsPLEASE NOTE:To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK.Employment is subject to the ability to obtain and maintain an enhanced DV security clearance.
