Job Function Administrator
Our client, a leader in renewable energy are looking for a Personal Assistant in London, to provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Senior Operations leader, ensuring effective day-to-day management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and business priorities.

Organize meetings, workshops, events, and domestic/international travel arrangements.

Coordinate travel expenses and administrative processes.
-
Support procurement activities, invoice processing, and equipment ordering.

Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and business documentation.
-
Provide administrative support for projects, including action tracking and payment processes.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Support ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Commercial vocational training or equivalent, with significant experience in executive/personal assistance and administration.

Experience supporting senior leaders in an international business environment.

Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
