Our client is a supplier for electrification, offering a full service from Consulting and System Design to Installation and Maintenance.
Head of Pre-Construction - Nationwide
Main Duties:
- Lead and manage the Pre-Construction team to build an engaged, collaborative, and culture of excellence delivering effective bids, accurate estimates, and total customer satisfaction
- Assess and prioritise the bidding opportunities based on an understanding of historical performance (win rate, margin return, repeat business, etc.)
- Build and inspire talented teams, including leadership of all the transport Estimating function.
- Ensure a personal relentless focus on Health & Safety
Essential Qualifications/ Experience
- Working experience in bidding and tendering of major Rail or T&D projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
