Our client are global leaders in factory relocation, heavy machinery moving and installation services, with significant experience in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish programme governance and control frameworks; run weekly project team coordination and design review meetings
- Build and maintain an integrated master schedule spanning design, procurement, construction and installation
- Operate cost, change order, and risk management systems; control change orders against agreed scope, schedule and budget
- Support early feasibility studies and option evaluation, including site/facility readiness assessments
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Industrial/manufacturing capital projects (battery, semiconductor, pharma/life sciences, automotive, or similarly complex process facilities)
- Demonstrated ownership of a program-level deliverable register (typically hundreds to 1,000+ line items) across multiple design disciplines
- Experience running a PMO for a brownfield or greenfield facility conversion involving tool/equipment installation
