Our client, a leader in renewable energy are looking for a Personal Assistant in London, to provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Senior Operations leader, ensuring effective day-to-day management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency.,

  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and business priorities.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, events, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel expenses and administrative processes.
  • Support procurement activities, invoice processing, and equipment ordering.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and business documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including action tracking and payment processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and departmental initiatives. Commercial vocational training or equivalent, with significant experience in executive/personal assistance and administration.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in an international business environment.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
