Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, execute ongoing priorities, and align functional requirements and business cases with strategic priorities.
- Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the “voice of customer” for product roadmap development.
- Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
