The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Responsibilities revolve around contact with customers, colleagues, and the Sales department to create a funnel and drive top-line business growth. Establish close working relationships with the regional Sales Team. Support quotations for Hardware, Software, Services, Accessories, and shim up to $15k in value. Proactively support the Regional Sales Team in customer follow-up, lead generation, and order handling. Manage recurring Product Support Agreements: customer contact, quotation, and renewals. Own and coordinate inquiries inbox and opportunity allocation, follow up through Salesforce. Drive Service business and RFQs, maintaining contact with opportunity contacts to execute orders and meet revenue targets, including Calibration, Training, and Warranty renewals/expansions. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and follow-up, managing main lines. Lead FRS Northern Europe sales campaigns to increase bookings and revenue, and conduct customer follow-up. Complete Vendor Forms and set up Customer & Supplier accounts. Coordinate with the Order Management team for queries or assistance, such as item codes/pricing and CRM support. Provide weekly and on-demand reports on orders, leads, status, and forecasting. Coordinate sales events, training, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and demos regionally. Engage closely with customers and channel partners to build relationships and deliver top-tier service. Record customer and channel feedback as VOC and actively seek solutions. Manage product information and pricing for regional partners. Convert marketing/sales qualified leads into opportunities by engaging interested customers. Monitor hardware backlog, lead times, and communicate regularly with customers. Accurately track software licenses and shipped devices in CRM. Assign leads to distribution channels via the Salesforce partner portal. Participate in Daily Management and Standard Work for designated regions. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Engineering or Business, or applicable experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience in inside sales, sales support, or telesales.
- Strong customer focus and sales orientation.
- Willingness and ability to contact customers.
- Strong commercial attitude and performance.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Oracle.
- High energy and independence; comfortable with ambiguity.
