Are you passionate about HR and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, international environment? Fluke, an Operating Company (OpCo) of Fortive, is seeking a talented HR Country Specialist to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will act as a HR Country Specialist, providing expert guidance and support across various HR functions. This role starts with an initial contract of 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Execution & Advisory: Advise employees, management, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on country and OpCo-specific policy execution.
  • Legislation & Compliance: Monitor country legislation, Collective Bargain Agreement (CBA) changes, and communicate with social authorities. Manage absenteeism rates, submit Leave of Absence (LoA) files to local authorities, and partner with HR Operations and Payroll.
  • Policy Management: Implement and manage country-specific policy changes, including legislation, working conditions, pension acts, and minimum wage acts. Liaise with local payroll consultants.
  • Benefits & Wellbeing: Manage the administration and renewal of employee benefit programs. Review and lead the execution of health and wellbeing programs in compliance with occupational health requirements.
  • On-Site Support: Visit Fortive OpCo sites in the UK to provide on-site support and answer compliance-related questions.
  • Partnership and Execution: Collaborate with the Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE) and OpCo HRBPs to implement country-specific compensation and benefit plans. Support the harmonization, integration, and communication of policies, benefit plans, and insurance programs.
  • Standard Work & Guidance: Provide standard work and guidance for OpCo HR to follow the correct procedures with works councils.
