About The Role
The candidate is expected to manage a network of distribution channels in the UK & Ireland, conduct direct business meetings with strategic channel partners, manage daily revenue and bookings forecasts, coordinate regional activities with sales and marketing teams, handle day‑to‑day sales tasks, and drive actions that increase Fluke market share and mindshare. The role includes providing strategic direction, defining priorities for managed accounts across the UK & Ireland, and interacting with employees in various European countries.

- Achieving annual sales objectives
- Participating in strategic planning for the managed accounts
- Driving operational efficiencies and high performance through the use of the Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools
- Using daily management to track performance and drive actions
- Tracking competition moves and providing market intelligence updates
The Channel Team
The EMEA Channel Sales function is made up of 43 highly skilled associates across the EMEA region, managing more than 120 countries. The team is spread across multiple offices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and shares common values of high performance, compliance, and collaboration.
Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, physics, or business management
- Experience in key account management
- 5 years of experience in the electrical market or wholesale market
- Experience in channel management, including value‑added resellers and electrical/industrial wholesalers
