About the Role
Fluid, high-growth, and deeply technical — the AI infrastructure space is evolving fast, and we’re looking for a Content & Events Manager who can help tell that story with clarity, credibility, and energy. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and business development, leading the strategy and execution of our content programs and external events.
From whitepapers and customer stories to high-impact field events, polished sales decks, and website content, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, educating the market, and generating qualified pipeline. If you’re energized by AI disruption, GTM storytelling, and engaging directly with technical and executive buyers, this role is built for you.
Focus:
- Event Management & Field Activation: Plan and execute webinars, executive roundtables, industry sponsorships, and hosted events aligned to sales and product priorities. Own end-to-end logistics: invitations, run-of-show, vendor coordination, speaker prep, and follow-up. Partner with the sales team on regional activations and 1:1 customer engagement events to drive demand and strengthen executive relationships. Ensure events contribute directly to lead generation, pipeline velocity, and strategic brand awareness. Report on ROI, learnings, and event-driven funnel performance.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and partner channels. Write and produce content including blog posts, solution briefs, customer stories, sales collateral, and thought leadership. Collaborate with technical and sales stakeholders to translate complex topics into accessible, high-impact narratives. Refine messaging across products, personas, and segments to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation. Track content performance and optimize based on audience engagement and funnel outcomes.
- Web & Visual Brand Support: Maintain and update key website content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with messaging goals. Partner with design and product marketing to enhance the web experience for new campaigns, launches, and personas. Build and refine sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and solution walkthroughs. Design and update PowerPoint presentations for exec briefings, field events, and webinars with a focus on brand consistency and storytelling impact.
- Lead Engagement & Campaign Support: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels. Assist with segmentation, lead capture workflows, and follow-up tracking within HubSpot and Salesforce. Analyze conversion paths and contribute ideas for improving content-to-lead performance. Ensure all content and campaigns are mapped to buyer journeys across the AI ecosystem (startups, enterprises, public sector).
About You
3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI, or high-growth SaaS. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio that spans technical and customer-facing content. Experience planning and executing field events or virtual programs for technical and executive audiences. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools, with deep understanding of Salesforce and associated modules, and common webinar/event platforms. Highly organized with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once. Comfort engaging with AI/ML, cloud, and infrastructure concepts—even if you’re not writing the code.
Nice to haves:
- Experience marketing to AI labs, GPU buyers, DevOps teams, or enterprise R&D.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, LLM infrastructure, or ecosystem players like NVIDIA, Hugging Face, or MLOps vendors.
- Background in partner or channel marketing.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and campaign analytics.
Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity). Pension plan. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Fluidstack is remote first, but has offices in key hubs. For all other locations, we provide access to WeWork.
