Service Management Project Manager

As an experienced Project Manager, you will be able to co-ordinate internal resource and vendors for the flawless execution of key client projects. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget and scope. You will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. As a Project Manager you will be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee, thriving when planning projects and working with project teams. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to senior management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Reporting on projects at quarterly board meetings Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Information Technology sector, ideally an MSP Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Solid understanding of the commercial aspects of successful projects Subsidised Health and subsidised dental care Employee Assistance programme (EAP) Life assurance (3 x salary) Sodexo Discount Platform Pension contribution- 5% company contribution Generous Holiday Entitlement One day off for Birthday
