The company consults with its customers to design solutions that complement their in-house IT structures; taking complex hybrid multi-site environments, to make them simple and secure, so end-users can access their business applications wherever they are.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving commercial performance across FluidOne’s core pillars: Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber Security, and Managed Services.
- Own and expand enterprise accounts, focusing on account penetration and identifying white-space opportunities across all FluidOne pillars.
- Deliver structured QBRs, covering performance, risks, roadmap progress, and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain strong SFDC CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial reporting.
- Act as the conduit between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, project management, and commercial functions.
- Build and execute account plans, IT roadmaps, and risk registers aligned to client objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including renewals, and contract changes with senior stakeholders.
- Work with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, and Operations to scope, design, with solutions across Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber, and Managed Services.
- Support onboarding and project delivery by ensuring consistent communication and a smooth client experience, working closely with Project Managers throughout delivery.
Experience:
- Experience in IT, technology, managed services, or MSP environments, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, shape, and close opportunities across multiple product pillars.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage complex accounts with multiple workstreams.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Professional, credible, and able to build long-term relationships.
- Full UK driving licence.
