Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance & Legal Administrator to support our Head of Compliance and Head of Legal across a broad range of governance, complianceand legal activities.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance and Legal function.
- Complete customer and supplier due diligence questionnaires and coordinate supporting evidence.
- Manage andmaintainshared Compliance and Legal inboxes, ensuring requests are triaged and actioned promptly.
- Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring policies, procedures and recordsremainaccurateand up to date.
- Assistwith preparation for internal and external ISO audits, including coordinating evidence, trackingactionsand supporting departments to remain audit ready.
- Coordinate Health & Safety meetings with Office Managers, recordactionsand monitor completion.
- Maintain compliance trackers, registers, auditactionsand governance documentation.
- Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and support continuous improvement across the business.
- Assistwith order form generation and document creation.
- Provide general administrative support to compliance, legal and business continuity activities.
Requirements
- Previousexperience in an administrative, compliance or governance support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlookand Share Point).
- Experience supporting ISO management systems or audits is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
