  • Obtain accurate pricing and availability information from vendors, distributors, procurement and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit clear, accurate and timely customer quotes, following agreed commercial and approval processes.
  • Track outstanding quotes, follow up on queries and maintain accurate quote, opportunity and order records.
  • Support order validation, processing, internal handover and resolution of invoicing or order‑related queries.

Inventory and Asset Coordination

  • Coordinate stock checks, reservations, replenishment requirements and reconciliation activity with procurement, logistics and technical teams.
  • Ensure asset and inventory records are updated following receipt, allocation, deployment, return, repair or disposal.
  • Highlight shortages, discrepancies, ageing requests or potential fulfilment risks to the appropriate owner.

Logistics Management

  • Coordinate hardware deliveries, collections, returns and replacement activity across client locations and users.
  • Liaise with couriers, suppliers, operating companies and internal teams to confirm delivery details and track progress.
  • Maintain clear records of dispatch, proof of delivery, returns and exceptions, escalating delays or issues where required.
  • Keep requestors and stakeholders informed throughout the fulfilment lifecycle.

JML and Hardware Request Management

  • Own the administrative coordination of Joiner, Mover and Leaver requests from receipt through to completion.
  • Validate that requests contain the required user, location, equipment, access and approval information before progressing.
