Your impact
We seek highly skilled Technical Architects to lead and manage the technical aspects of customer projects. As a Technical Architect, you will design comprehensive technical architecture solutions that may span multiple platforms and include system integration and authentication. You will play a pivotal role in the development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, high-performing, and optimized for customer needs. You will be the key link between business stakeholders and development teams in this role, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Additionally, you will provide expert recommendations on the technical architecture, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and the overall system landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Act as a lead or technical manager within the project team, guiding the technical direction from initial planning to go live.
- Architecture Design: Develop robust technical architecture solutions, including Salesforce data models and the broader system landscape.
- Communication: Ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, contributing to technical and functional documentation.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team during the pre-sales phase by providing technical expertise and contributing to effort estimations.
- Solution Planning: Create end-to-end solution plans and oversee technical project execution, ensuring quality delivery that meets performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate potential risks to the project manager.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in workshops with business stakeholders, either independently or with consultants, to gather requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effort Estimation: Estimate the effort required to deliver the full solution and provide insights into project planning.
