Job Profile Based in London and reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Learning and Development Director will collaborate with the HR leadership team and company leaders to develop and implement a global learning and development program that encompasses in-house developed and third-party provided solutions.

Your Responsibilities Collaborating with Vista’s leadership team to assess the current and future learning and development needs and developing a learning and development strategy that directly reflects the needs of the Group.
Designing, initiating, developing, promoting, and implementing a comprehensive learning and development program across multiple geographies using a variety of delivery models.
Develop a communication strategy that ensures Group-wide engagement with the learning and development program.
Managing the relationships with third-party providers to maximize their contribution to the learning and development program.
Establishing key performance indicators to effectively measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
Procuring and managing the learning management system and digital learning solutions.
Overseeing all learning and course content, and implementation and organization of learning programs.
Leading and in some cases delivering in-house developed training sessions.
Leading the Group’s biannual performance review cycle.

Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand and solve learning and solve learning and development needs with an impactful learning and development program.
