- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks, reporting any defects or issues.
- Pack and label finished products ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Work to daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Assist with stock control and inventory activities as required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.
