Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, commissioning, fault finding and repairs on pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial customer sites.
- Support the installation and commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems.
- Carry out site surveys and provide accurate technical information and recommendations to the office team.
- Maintain accurate customer, asset and contract information using company systems and mobile devices.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Complete all required service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to promote AGM services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues where required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota to provide 24/7 customer support.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience servicing, commissioning and repairing pumps and pressurised systems.
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a field service environment.
- Willingness to undertake further technical and Health & Safety training to support ongoing development.
Full Time, 5 days a week or reduced week of 3 full days
