Field Service Engineer (Service & Installations)
Location: London & M25
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, commissioning, advanced fault finding and repairs on pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial customer sites.
- Lead and support pre-installation site surveys and the installation of pumps and pressurised systems.
- Carry out site surveys and provide accurate technical information and recommendations to the office team.
- Maintain accurate customer, asset and contract information using company systems and mobile devices.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Complete all required service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to promote AGM services.
- Provide technical guidance, support and training to colleagues where required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota where required to provide 24/7 customer support.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience servicing, commissioning and installing pumps and pressurised systems.
- Advanced fault-finding and repair experience on pumping and pressurisation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a field service environment.
- Willingness to undertake further technical and Health & Safety training to support ongoing development.
Full Time 5 days a week or a reduced week of 3 full days.
