Fluid Water Group is seeking a Head of IT to lead the delivery and improvement of IT services across the group.
You will manage the external MSP, drive SLA/KPI governance, and coach an internal IT team of 3 direct reports.
You will own budgets, security posture and roadmaps for ERP, CRM and M365 initiatives.
You will act as the senior IT voice in group programmes, including Sage 200 ERP, Salesforce CRM and M365 consolidation, while reporting to the IT Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr
