We’re looking for a proactive, digitally skilled Website Manager to lead the day-to-day performance, optimisation, and evolution of our websites and broader digital ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact digital touchpoints and help elevate online experiences for audiences worldwide. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage content, refine user journeys, analyse performance, and ensure every interaction reflects quality, creativity, and excellence. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life online and support the growth of engaged digital communities.
Main Responsibilities
- Digital Experience Management: Ensure websites consistently deliver an engaging, polished, and user‑centred experience through strong visual storytelling and meaningful content.
- Website Operations: Manage, update, and optimise websites using CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Umbraco), maintaining accurate, timely, and well‑presented content.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling digital content—from product stories and updates to campaign pages and educational resources.
- Campaign Support: Translate marketing initiatives into impactful digital experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) to monitor user behaviour, track key metrics, and provide insights to inform ongoing optimisation. Identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and conversion through data insights, testing, and user feedback.
- SEO & Compliance: Ensure websites are search‑optimised, technically sound, and compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners—such as developers and creative agencies—to deliver updates, enhancements, and new features on time and within scope. Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our digital presence evolving and competitive.
Key Skills & Experience requirements
- Proven experience managing brand or e‑commerce websites.
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow, Umbraco, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and how to translate campaigns into effective online experiences.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of SEO, UX principles, and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable—comfortable working across multiple projects and workstreams.
Qualifications (ideal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in website management, digital coordination, or a related role.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow, Umbraco, Shopify, or similar.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data‑driven optimisation.
